ABI Code of Practice
Lancaster Insurance Service are Independent Intermediaries who act as your Agent and accept responsibility for any advice given and for arranging your insurance. We represent a number of insurers and undertake to comply with the ABI Code of Practice for the selling of general insurance.
In addition to premiums charged by the Insurer, we may, at our discretion, make the following charges to cover our administration costs for these specified items.
Your attention is drawn to the importance of your statement of insurance or proposal form. Any failure to disclose facts material to the insurance or any inaccuracies in your answers could invalidate cover. Please consult us if you are in any doubt. It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service. If however, you have any reason to be unhappy in any way with your insurance cover, in the first instance please contact us in writing and we will be pleased to assist you. A more formalised complaint procedure can be found in your Policy Document.
