Our Promise To You

We aim to give a First Class Service. Lancaster Insurance Services, as an insurance intermediary, are members of the GISC and offer 100's of products with a panel of 20 Insurers, representing the company market as well as Lloyds. It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. If there are occasions when we do not meet your standards please contact Mr. Godsell, either verbally or in writing, who will take details of your concerns.

We will acknowledge in writing advising you of who is dealing with your concerns within five working days. If our investigations take longer we will provide a full response within 20 days or explain our position and provide timescales for a full response.

As we are members of the GISC, should you fail to be satisfied with our final response you will then have access to the GISC Dispute Resolution Facility. The GISC can be contacted at:

In addition to the premiums charged by insurers, we make the following charges to cover the administration of your insurance:

• Arranging new policies £10.00
• Mid Term Adjustments £10.00
• Mid Term Cancellations £10.00
• Renewals £10.00
• Replacement duplicate certificates or cover notes £10.00
