It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all
times. If there are occasions when we do not meet your standards please contact
our Customer Service Department, either verbally or in writing, who will take
details of your concerns.
We
will acknowledge in writing advising you of who is dealing with your concerns
within five working days. If our investigations take longer we will provide a
full response within 20 days or explain our position and provide timescales for

Charges
In
addition to the premiums charged by insurers, we may make the following charges
to cover the administration of your insurance:
Arranging new policies - Up to £15.00
Mid Term Adjustments £15.00
Mid Term Cancellations £20.00
Renewals - Up to £15.00
Replacement duplicate certificates or cover notes £15.00
